1/21/2009 @ 7:00 AM in Bedford County, Tennessee

Middle of the week and we catch a break from the Clouds and Flurries. It’s Cold this morning after a low of 8 degrees we hover around 10 degrees at 7:00 AM. Today and tomorrow we are looking to be Fair and Dry with warming Southerly breezes. High may make 40 today and mid 50’s tomorrow. The wind is calm but will be 5 to 10 mph for the next couple of days. Rain chances return for Friday and maybe 60 degrees. The weekend may bring a return to more seasonally cool temperatures and more precipitation chances for the early part of next week. Not however really a lot going on here but up North in Alaska a new storm just hit their western coast so that may be on the way to the lower 48 next week. Our flurries yesterday didn’t amount to much and we reported just a Trace amount for the last 24 hours. Slightly higher Humidity levels have left us a decent layer of Frost this morning but that will clear up quickly. Now for the facts.

Temperature is 10 degrees at 7:00 and Rising to 40 later this afternoon. Clear and Cold tonight with a low of 22. Look for 50 on Thursday.

Barometer is 30.25″ and Rising. High pressure to our West is moving our way and will give us 2 stable dry mid winter days.

Humidity is 85% and will gradually rise over the next couple of days with the Southerly wind flow.

Wind is calm this morning but will be Southerly later.

Sky is mostly clear. Some clouds today but definitely more Sun than Clouds.

The Summary is short and simple, Fair and cool today, seasonably cold tonight, warmer tomorrow. I’ve got chores to do today so I’ve gotta run. Y’all have a great day.
