3/13/2009 @ 7:00AM in Bedford County, Tennessee

Well we could not hold our 34 degree low but we did manage 33. I did very briefly see a little sleet late yesterday but mostly we got .71″ of rain. Maybe a lull today but more coming tonight and Saturday. Our High temperature should be in the mid 40’s today and low 40’s tonight so our Ice threat is over with. The rain is streaming in from the Southwest on the Jet Stream like a freight train however and while we will be a tad warmer it’s looking like a really wet couple of days. Maybe even flooding in the areas prone to that sort of thing. My motto is “Live on a Hill” and we do. The end of our road doesn’t however. I have to be brief today so here are the facts.

We had .71″ of rain in the last 24 hours.
Temperature at 7 AM is 33 degrees. Heading to the 40’s today and tonight.

Barometer is 30.20″ and steady. Still stable for the most part.

Humidity is 95% and it may as well be 100% today and tonight.

Wind is NW at 4. Not blowing as hard thankfully but still cold when it does blow. Don’t look for a big shift before Sunday according to the guru’s.

Sky is and will continue to be Overcast.

The Summary is simply Rain on and off today. More on than off tonight. High in mid 40’s today and Low in Lower 40’s tonight. Try to stay dry, and have a good day anyway, it’s still Friday.
