It looks like the guys and gals who know about these sort of things are anticipating the real deal Friday night so be on the look out and have that NOAA Weather Radio tuned up and standing by because it might be a late night event. Meanwhile down on the farm we had a ton of rain last night but I never heard any Thunder. My 2 little listening devices apparently didn’t hear any either since they slept all night. But at some point we had a inch and a half of rain giving us 1.88″ for the past 24 hours. The rain has stopped now and Mr Tim on WSMV thinks we might see some occasional Sun this afternoon and I hope we do. We will need some to get to our High of 70 degrees that I’m looking for. The rain may have stopped for today but it will return tomorrow when the next wave comes in and Friday night could be rough with some Thunder Storms in the forecast.Now for the facts for today.

We had 1.88″ of Rain for the last 24 hours. 1.5 of that in a period of about 2 hours early this morning.
Temperature at 7 AM is 52 degrees. Look for 70 today if the Sun comes out for part of the day. The Low tonight about 52 just like last night. 70 again on Friday.

Barometer is 29.75″ and steady now but hoping for a Rise today before another fall on Friday.

Humidity is 97% and may as well be 100%. We have a lot of standing water and some flooded roads in the County.

Wind is indicating NW at 2 mph behind the frontal passage we had this morning. A shift back to the South Friday afternoon will precede our next storm chances.

Sky is Cloudy but we are hoping for Sun and Clouds later today. Clouds tonight and Friday.

The Summary for today is Clouds and some Sun. Still a Rain chance until Lunch time. High of 70 and 51 for tonight’s Low. More rain chances Friday and a possible Stormy Friday night.
