7/18/2009 @ 7AM in Bedford County, Tennessee

Yes it is still July, and we like this morning just fine. We have cool temperatures and low Humidity this morning. Just a hint of a Northwest Wind and no Clouds. The Lawn is fully green again so I guess we have our work before us for a few days. The Blackberry’s are ready and the Ticks are lurking out there waiting for you so be careful. My Wife says the Lyme Disease is on the upswing so keep them boogers off as best you can. The doggies, all three of em today had a nice walk in the dew covered grass. We didn’t see any of our wild life friends however, I guess that’s going to be a bit slow for awhile. The Sun is just too high by the time we get out there this time of year. Weather wise we will be mild and clear today. Mild and mostly Fair on Sunday but there is a batch of Clouds on the Satellite Picture that could be here during the day on Sunday. Those won’t have any Rain however and may evaporate in our dry air, so don’t look for them to be a problem. More sun and warmer on Monday as the reality of July returns. Now here are the facts.

No Rain in the last 24 hours.
Temperature at 7 AM was 66. We indicated a Low of 54 degrees here in the Country last night. That’s not a “Official” record but it’s cool for July. We should be Cool tonight and Sunday night as well.

Barometer is 30.00″ and Rising Slowly. We will take all the Rise we can get but it won’t be too much.

Humidity is 75% and dropping in the morning Sun. Dew Points in the 50’s today will make Humidity no factor in our overall comfort.

Wind is Northwest at 4 mph. Look for that to continue and maybe 10 to 15 mph during the day. That wind and Low Humidity along with the cool nights is killing the Swimming Pool temperatures.

Sky is Clear today, Clear over night and maybe a “few”clouds on Sunday. More Sun on Monday.

The Summary for the weekend, Today: Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph. Tonight: Partly cloudy, with a low around 55. North northwest wind between 5 and 10 mph becoming calm over night. Sunday: Increasing clouds, with a high near 80. Calm wind becoming north northwest around 5 mph. Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 84. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph. After a couple of Showery weekends this one is a prize, especially for July. Looking for you in Church on Sunday, have a great weekend.
