9/28/2009 @ 7AM in Bedford County, Tennessee

Waking up to a warm and mostly cloudy morning owing to a Front that is passing through early today. Only the most minor chance of a shower this morning. Sunshine is the plan for this afternoon. Sunshine and cooler temperatures are in our future for the next 4 days or so. We have a bit of a breeze this morning as well and I’m hoping that will expedite the drying off of the grass so we can get a dry cutting experience as early as possible. Temperature today is looking like 76 for the High and 45 for tonight’s Low. Those over night Lows this week are going to flirt with the low 40’s and give us a taste of Fall. Our Average daily temps are now down to 77 for the High and 56 for the Low, so I guess our nights are going to be cooler than the proverbial Normal. The Puppy dog Trail is coming back to life a bit and Missy was hot on the trail of some over night visitor. Benji just wants me to mow some grass so he won’t have as hard a time getting around. We’re going to be getting right to that before the Spousal unit comes home, maybe we can surprise her with how much gets done. Now lets get to those facts and a forecast.

We did not report any Rain for the previous 24 hours however we reported .68″ on Sunday morning. Hoping to not have any rain for several days.
Temperature is 70 degrees at 7 AM and looking for 76 degrees for the High and 46 for the Low.

Barometer is 29.85″ and just starting to Rise as this mostly dry Front passes by. Looking for a moderately strong Stable air pressure scenario for the work week.

Humidity is 85% early but the Sunshine and wind is burning off and dispersing the dew and the air will be much drier this week.

Wind is Northwest at 6 mph. Look for breezy conditions today and maybe 15 to 25 mph at times. This is also a taste of Fall.

Sky is Partly Cloudy as the Front passes by but look for sunshine today and Clear sky tonight.

The Summary. Today: Sunny, with a high near 76. West northwest wind between 10 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Tonight: Clear, with a low around 46. West wind between 5 and 10 mph. Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 68. Northwest wind between 5 and 15 mph. Enjoy it while we got it because there is no telling what is coming after this spell of dry weather. This has been a crazy year.
