10/29/2009 @ 7AM in Bedford County, Tennessee

We have a mix of some Blue Sky and a few Clouds here this morning while some folks have fog. Temperature is headed to 72 deg. today and Shower chances are just off to the West and increasing this afternoon. Tonight and Friday we have some fairly good chances for heavy rain and a possible round of storms on Friday and Friday evening. Rain continues into Saturday and hopefully ending in the afternoon so perhaps the Trick Or Treater’s won’t get wet.
Low Temp. tonight of 62 deg. with Clouds and Rain. After the Rain ends on Saturday we are looking for a 4 day break in the rain at least. Thus will end a wet and cool October which just continued our streak of cool wet months this year. The Western US is experiencing a lot of early Snow and I’m wondering if this trend might shift to the East as November progresses. The outdoors here was wet from dew this morning and still very muddy as we have not had any real drying weather this week. The doggies are pretty discouraged by all the nasty conditions here and we just made our appointed rounds and headed for the house. Now for the facts.

We are not reporting any Rain for the last 24 hours.
Temp. 43deg. at 7AM and headed to 72 High and 62 Low tonight.

Bar.30.10″ and Steady now but the pressure is falling this afternoon and evening. A significant drop tomorrow as we enter a possible stormy period.

Hum. 98% and will continue to be wet through Saturday evening.

Wind Calm but will be Southeast at 5 to 10 mph and then gusty on Friday with possible 30 mph gust at times.

Sky Fair w/a few Clouds and more clouds and rain approaching from the West. We will be Cloudy until Sunday morning.

The Summary, Today: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm. Areas of dense fog before 9am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 72. Calm wind becoming southeast between 5 and 10 mph. Tonight: A slight chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 62. South southeast wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.Friday: A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 76. South southeast wind between 15 and 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
So….get ready for another Rainy 36 hours and then a break for a few days. I’m curious about what later next week has in store for us. Have a good one.
