11/12/2009 @ 7AM in Bedford County, Tennessee

A fine Sunny Morning greets us today and we plan to Rise to 65 deg. today. A North Wind but not as strong as yesterday. Look for sun all day today but Cold and maybe a little Frosty tonight and a Low of 35. Friday a Southerly wind shift and we may hit 70 deg. The weekend looks Fair and Mild so move a round a little and enjoy yet another respite from some of the dreary weather we’ve had this year. The East Coast from the Carolina’s to Jersey is riding out the remains of TS Ida. That storm has combined with a High pressure system to form a quasi near Perfect Storm situation. It’s November and Storms are on the increase. Yesterday was the 34th Anniversary of the sinking of The Edmund Fitzgerald on Lake Superior. I still think we’ll have a lot to write about this Winter. Out doors here this morning was Mild and dry thanks to the wind which blew all night long at about 4 mph. The dogs and I had a nice stroll but didn’t encounter any wild animals. I have some home repair work to do today as we continue to prep for the winter ahead. Now for the facts.

We did not report any Rain for the last 24 hours. None expected before next Monday if our luck holds.

Temp.44deg. and looking like a 65 and 35 day. That’s near normal for this week in November maybe a tad cool. Look for above normal as we hit 70 for a few days this weekend.

Bar. 30.15″ and steady now. We continue to enjoy stable pressure for several days.

Hum. 73% and that’s low for this early hour but that North wind is Dry.

Wind N 6mph and look for 10 to 15 today. A Southerly shift on Friday.

Sky Clear and it’s going to stay that way for the most part.

The Summary, Today: Sunny, with a high near 65. North wind between 5 and 10 mph. Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 35. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm. Friday: Sunny, with a high near 71. Calm wind becoming southwest around 5 mph. Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 44. Calm wind. Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 72.

We’ll take another few Sunny days thank you. Have a good one.
