2/23/2010 @ 7AM in Bedford County, Tennessee

Clouds and a slowly ending misty drizzle this morning. Looking for mid 40’s today and about 32 tonight with some minor Flurry Chances. Clouds and some Flurries on Wednesday but not anticipating any real accumulations. Thursday and Friday still on schedule to be Sunny and dry unless something changes. We have received .03″ of Rain from the occasional misty rain during the previous 24 hours and while it has seemed to be constantly wet I guess the total hasn’t added that much to the mud situation. We look to be dry for 4 or 5 days after this current weather moves on along. Outdoors here today is still Dark and Dreary as the Clouds are low and thick. My Posse and I didn’t venture forth all the way down the trail but it doesn’t look like a lot of action here today. It’s 25 days until Spring and sometimes those last 3 or 4 weeks can be a mixture of depression and promise. We had the promise last weekend and we got the depression today as it’s Cloudy and Cold and Damp. Now for the facts.

We reported .03″ of Rain for the past 24 hours.
Temperature at 7AM is 35 degrees. Looking for 44 or so and 32 tonight. We may struggle to hit 40 on Wednesday.

Barometer is 29.95″ and Steady for now. Look for a bit of up and down for the next 24 hours and then generally on the up side for most of the remaining week.

Humidity is 90% and we remain on the high side of that for another 24 hours.

Wind is Northwest at 7 mph this morning. We could well have some breezy and gusty winds later adding to the chill factor.

Sky is overcast and not much Sun today. Clouds may start to clear out by Wednesday night.

The Summary, Today: A chance of drizzle early. Cloudy, with a high near 44. North northwest wind around 10 mph.

Tonight: A chance of flurries after midnight. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 32. North northwest wind around 5 mph.

Wednesday: A chance of flurries, mainly after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 40. Northwest wind between 5 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

We’re about ready to count the days until Spring. But we still have some Winter to go. Have a good day.
