Shortly after the Noon hour today comes the Vernal Equinox or as we like to call it “Spring”. We expect Sun and Clouds and 71 degree’s for the High, Rain late with some Storms and mild temps. Rain for Sunday and Cool on Monday. But the cold snaps will be getting shorter. We have to travel this morning so here are the facts and a Forecast.

No precipitation for the previous 24 hours.
Temperature at 7 AM is 41 deg.

Barometer is 30.03″ and just beginning to Fall.

Humidity 97% early but a dry day ahead but moisture in the upper levels will descend tonight.

Wind Calm but trending Southerly 5 to 15 mph.

Sky is Mostly Cloudy and we have a mix of Sun and Clouds but more Clouds later this afternoon.

The Summary, Today: Partly sunny, with a high near 71. South wind between 5 and 10 mph.

Tonight: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 51. South wind around 5 mph becoming calm.

Sunday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. High near 60. Southeast wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%.

Sunday Night: Rain and snow showers likely. Some thunder is also possible. Cloudy, with a low around 36. South southwest wind between 5 and 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Watch out for the Storms tonight but don’t worry to much about the Snow mention on Sunday night. Have a good weekend.
