This spell of well above normal temps. culminates in Storms Wednesday night. The air felt slightly damp but the Rain was well off to the North and we expect to stay dry for a few more days. The grass is growing at a steady pace thanks to the Quarter Inch of Rain on Saturday morning. We have our work before us today and likely for the next few days before the next Rain event. It’s Tornado Week on the Weather Channel and this coming Friday last year we experienced Tornado’s in the County here and Murfreesboro had their Big Tornado from which they are still recovering. The round of weather Wednesday and Thursday will have every one’s attention. Now for the facts.

We reported .21″ of Rain Sunday morning but we are Rain free this Monday morning.
Temperature at 7 AM was a very mild 62 degrees and we will hit 82 or more this afternoon. The Low tonight may only sink to 58 or so and Tuesday will be Hot for the first week of April.

Barometer is 30.25″ and steady now. We remain stable through Wednesday morning before a Front approaches and we have a round of mid week weather.

Humidity is 70% and we are not likely to feel the Dry air like we had last week and we will continue to build moisture in advance of the Front approaching Wednesday.

Wind is South at 2 mph early this morning. Look for 5 to 10 mph later today and we keep the Southerly flow for several days.
